Just do the best that you can, you will still get the result

I love to do workout from video workout programs. I know many people out there love it too. It makes the whole workout more fun because you can hear someone talking and someone who is working hard with you at the same time.

One reason that many people stop to commit to a workout program is that it is too hard for them, especially at the beginning stage. They dislike the feeling of doing all those tough work. It is stressful when you know that you are going to move and sweat crazily. It is stressful to do one more pushup when you just don't have the strength. Working out like this feels like a punishment. Why others can smile when they workout but I can barely follow up with the work?
Have you ever had these thoughts?

I am currently using a rather advanced workout program. The exercises are tough and you need a lot of energy to complete them. One good thing is that the trainer will provide you with a modified version. If certain exercise moves are too difficult for you,  you can switch to the modified one. This makes it easier to continue and finish all the work.

"Just do the best that you can, you will still get the result. "

This is a sentence that I always heard from the trainer. I used to be afraid of not perfectly following all the exercise in a video. I was stressed whenever I missed just one rep and felt as if all my work would be nothing. The words from the trainer help me a lot.  I tried my best, using all my energy whenever I workout. Sometimes I may not do the work as fast as it goes in the video. Sometimes I may miss one or two reps. If I get a bad sleep the night before, I allow myself to modify a bit. The bottom line is, everytime I workout,  I try the best that I can. I can really see the result after some times. I can see my body changes. I can feel that my muscles are growing and getting more strength. The exercise moves are becoming easier and all of a sudden I do not need to modify anything. These happen when I do the best that I can.

So, when you workout, don't be afraid that you cannot follow everything. You just need to make sure you are trying your best. That will be a good workout and all you hard work will pay off.
